Terms & Conditions

We’re excited to serve you! These terms help ensure everything runs smoothly for your event.

Booking & Payment

  • A non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) is required to reserve your date.

  • Your event is not confirmed until the deposit is received.

  • Final guest count and full payment are due 10 days before your event.

Cancellations

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before your event may qualify for a partial refund (minus the deposit).

  • Cancellations within 14 days of the event are non-refundable due to food and staffing commitments.

Guest Count

Your final guaranteed guest count is due 10 days before your event. This number cannot decrease after submission and will be used for final billing.

 

Venue Requirements

The client is responsible for:

  • Securing the venue

  • Providing adequate space and access for service

  • Ensuring safe working conditions

We reserve the right to adjust service if conditions are unsafe.

Food Safety

We follow all Utah Department of Health food safety guidelines.

Once food service is complete, we are not responsible for food that remains out or is handled by guests. Please notify us in writing of any severe allergies prior to the event.

 

Damage

Clients are responsible for any damage to catering equipment, rentals, or service items caused by guests or vendors.

 

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control (weather, government restrictions, supply shortages, etc.). If cancellation is necessary due to these events, payments may be applied to a future date when possible.

 

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
