Refund Policy

We understand that plans sometimes change. Because catering requires advance purchasing, staffing, and preparation, the following refund policy applies:

Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable. Your deposit secures your event date and covers planning, scheduling, and initial food ordering.

Client Cancellations

More than 14 days before the event: You may receive a refund of payments made, minus the non-refundable deposit and any costs already incurred.

14 days or less before the event: Payments are non-refundable due to food purchases and staffing commitments.

Date Changes

If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate a new date within 6 months, subject to availability. Payments may be transferred to the new date.

Force Majeure (Uncontrollable Events)

If cancellation is necessary due to severe weather, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond either party’s control, we will work with you in good faith to reschedule or apply payments to a future event.

Company Cancellation

If Salt Lick Catering & Events must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of payments made.
